What are your hours?

We’re open Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and the last Saturday of every month from 9 AM to 2 PM. Please note: the salad bar is closed on Saturdays.

How does Real Food Co. work?

We’re a grab-and-go style restaurant — stop by anytime during business hours and see what we’ve got available that day.

We offer:

• A grab-and-go cooler with house-made chicken salads, prepared meals, snacks, and drinks

• A freezer stocked with take-and-bake meals, pints of our dairy-free ice cream, and local grass-finished beef

Fresh baked goods made daily

• A customizable salad bar, where you can build your own salad, lunch pack, or snack box — a great option for those avoiding certain ingredients

• A curated selection of retail products that follow the same clean, high-quality ingredient standards we hold ourselves to

• A small menu of house-made drinks, including iced lattes, iced matchas, lemonades, and drink specials — all made with our house-made vanilla cashew milk

Whether you’re grabbing lunch, stocking your freezer, or picking up a clean treat, we’ve got something for you.

Are you allergy-friendly?

Yes — all of our food is completely free from gluten, dairy, grains, soy, seed oils, artificial dyes, and artificial sweeteners.

We use only natural sweeteners like maple syrup, honey, dates, and coconut sugar. The only exception is our frosting for cakes and cupcakes, which uses organic powdered sugar — still the cleanest option available.

However, we do process a variety of tree nuts, including almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts, and others. While we don’t use peanuts or peanut oil, we can’t guarantee our ingredients were processed in a peanut-free facility. Cross-contamination is possible, so please use discretion if you have a tree nut allergy. Some items may not contain nuts, but they are prepared in the same kitchen.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We focus on using organic, high-quality ingredients and source as locally as possible from trusted farms and suppliers.

That said, not everything we use is certified organic — sometimes due to sourcing limitations or cost. We work hard to find the best ingredients that are both clean and accessible. If you have questions about a specific item or ingredient, we’re always happy to share details.

Can I dine in or is it takeout only?

We are currently takeout only and do not have indoor seating. However, we do have a small outdoor bench area if you’d like to enjoy your food outside.

Once our coffee shop space opens, it will include indoor seating, so stay tuned!

Do you ship or deliver?

Not yet — but we’re working on it! For now, all items are local pickup only.

What are the nutrition facts on your food?

We don’t track or publish nutrition facts or macros. Our focus is on using nutrient-dense, high-quality ingredients that support your health and make you feel good — no counting required.

That said, we’re always happy to share ingredient information if that’s your concern. And if you need specific details due to dietary restrictions, just reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you offer catering?

Yes! We offer catering for small gatherings, meetings, events, and more.

When will the coffee shop at Real Food Co. be open?

We don’t have an official opening date just yet — it all depends on how construction and the build-out unfold.

We promise to keep everyone as updated as possible, so be sure to follow us on social media for the latest news.

In the meantime, you don’t have to wait to get your coffee fix — we currently offer iced lattes, iced matcha, house-made lemonades, and rotating drink specials, all made with our house-made vanilla cashew milk.
